RULES FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKING

Individual booking can be made from to days prior to the date of visit via the online booking system. Reservation for more than days prior to the date of visit is not available. Closed on Wednesdays and the first two days of the Chinese New Year.
Each individual booking can contain up to 7 registrants including the applicant. Children aged 3 or above shall be counted.
A new date of booking is accepted from 0:00am every day.
Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Each email address is allowed to make not more than 3 bookings within a calendar month.
The dome theatre is available for individual booking.
For late arrival over 15 minutes after the start of your selected time slot, the reserved place may be released to other visitors without further notice, and you may required to queue for entry.

If you are not able to attend, please make a cancellation as soon as possible. You can cancel the booking(s) via the online booking system.

Organisation booking can be made from to days prior to the date of visit via the online booking system. Reservation for less than days or more than days prior to the date of visit is not available. Closed on Wednesdays and the first two days of the Chinese New Year.
Each organisation booking can contain from 15 to 60 visitors including the applicant. Children aged 3 or above shall be counted.
A new date of booking is accepted from 0:00am every day.
Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Each email address is allowed to make not more than 3 bookings within a calender month.
Items available for organisation booking include guided tours and the dome theatre.
